I have regained 5 lbs. Awesome. I need to shed another 10.... Then I'll be happy for a bit. I blame girl scout cookies. They are so good. They must have some ingredient that strips you of your willpower.
You should try weight watchers online.. I am doing.. Ive canceled it 3 times since last may.. but it does help you stay on track... And brings things to your attention.. Like the other day I wanted a bagel soooo bad.. So I looked it up and it was 14 points.. Thats half of your daily points.. I was shocked.. and it just shows you how bad somethings really are for you.. So I dont stick to it like glue, but it is a good tool.. and when im eating things I think about how many points it would be, which translates into how bad it is for me..
